Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct virtual meetings with prospective clients regarding our services (e.g., ACA, SSDI, debt relief, insurance, etc.).
∎ Clearly explain our service offerings in fluent English.
∎ Maintain professional communication over the phone, Zoom, or other platforms.
∎ Build rapport and ensure a positive customer experience.
∎ Report and update daily call/meeting outcomes to the team lead.
∎ Achieve weekly communication and conversion targets.
∎ Full-time (Night Shift 8PM to 4 AM, Monday to Friday).
