Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Center Manager is overall responsible to ensure customer satisfaction by providing reliable, prompt and friendly service.
∎ This position will supervise a team and manage overall customer care center activities of a respective region. Such as;
∎ Coordinate with all the center functions (Front Executive, Technical Engineer, Commercial) and reported to regions and head office both way for smooth CC Center operation.
∎ Able to prepare and ensure various related reports.
∎ Ensure the Center with all logistic & administration support.
∎ Guide & lead the team to attain service target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Good communication skill in both verbal and written with good presentation skills.
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
∎ Good Analytical and Organizing Skills.
∎ Good planning and Decision Making Skill.
∎ Must be able to Manage people.
