  • At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or support role (experience in e-commerce, healthcare/medical products, or retail will get preference).

  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.

  • Good listening skills and a customer-first attitude.

  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask during peak hours.

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet browsing).

  • Prior experience using WhatsApp Business, Facebook Business Suite, or CRM software will be an advantage.

  • Smart, well-groomed, and professional appearance.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Location: Dhaka (Office-based, Badda / Madani Avenue area preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp, email, Facebook Messenger, and live chat inquiries regarding products.

  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, delivery details, and after-sales support.

  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, exchanges, and complaints resolution.

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM / order management system.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant departments (sales, logistics, accounts).

  • Follow up with customers for feedback on delivered products and service quality.

  • Support e-commerce order processing and coordinate with warehouse/delivery team.

  • Achieve daily/weekly customer satisfaction and resolution targets.

  • Stay updated on company product catalog, promotions, and policies.
