Experience:
Bachelor degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
HSC / Diploma holders with strong relevant experience may also apply.
At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or support role (experience in e-commerce, healthcare/medical products, or retail will get preference).
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
Good listening skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask during peak hours.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet browsing).
Prior experience using WhatsApp Business, Facebook Business Suite, or CRM software will be an advantage.

Job Location: Dhaka (Office-based, Badda / Madani Avenue area preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp, email, Facebook Messenger, and live chat inquiries regarding products.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, delivery details, and after-sales support.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, exchanges, and complaints resolution.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM / order management system.
Escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant departments (sales, logistics, accounts).
Follow up with customers for feedback on delivered products and service quality.
Support e-commerce order processing and coordinate with warehouse/delivery team.
Achieve daily/weekly customer satisfaction and resolution targets.
Stay updated on company product catalog, promotions, and policies.
