Experience:
Engage with customers across multiple online platforms including Facebook, company website, YouTube, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via messaging, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Handle a minimum of 500-600 inbound and outbound phone calls and respond to approximately 2,000 messages daily across all platforms.
Have a sound knowledge of Digital Marketing to support marketing campaigns and online engagement.
Manage product inventory and ensure proper organization of office stock.
Assist in online marketing efforts by promoting products and services to potential customers.
Maintain and update website inventory in alignment with social media listings to ensure consistent product availability and information.
Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer engagement strategies.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the Admin to track performance and identify improvement areas.
