Responsibilities & Context:
  • Engage with customers across multiple online platforms including Facebook, company website, YouTube, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via messaging, phone calls, and other communication channels.

  • Handle a minimum of 500-600 inbound and outbound phone calls and respond to approximately 2,000 messages daily across all platforms.

  • Have a sound knowledge of Digital Marketing to support marketing campaigns and online engagement.

  • Manage product inventory and ensure proper organization of office stock.

  • Assist in online marketing efforts by promoting products and services to potential customers.

  • Maintain and update website inventory in alignment with social media listings to ensure consistent product availability and information.

  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance customer engagement strategies.

  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the Admin to track performance and identify improvement areas.
