Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10th (High School) pass.
∎ Proficiency in English is required (Read the instruction and managing multiple reports)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ SUMMARY OF FUNCTION:
∎ Manages the CTP operations including plate shoot, plate wash, plate backing, scheduled/preventive maintenance of CTP & processor, chemical replacing, plate consumption record. Sets goals to minimize the time of plate production.
∎ ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Going through the Job Card thoroughly to understand the requirement of plates.
∎ Ensuring the availability of the Input Materials like Plates, Chemicals, filters etc.
∎ Adhering & ensuring the Process of Line Clearance for all types of Job and Documenting it.
∎ The operator will be responsible for Processing Plates with Backing within the scheduled time.
∎ Coordination with the Design department for "Text" and "Graphics" and "Number of Colors".
∎ Quality Check of the final output material (Color Separated Plate)
∎ Maintaining and ensuring that the Production Register, Job Card detail and Check List are filled as per document and archive it properly.
∎ Ensure periodic monitoring of Process parameters are done by the maintenance team so that the machine does not stops or produces waste due to Process issue.
∎ Try to minimize the plate production timekeeping quality maintain.
∎ Ensuring and supervising Preventive, Scheduled & Break-down maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Team at sight.
∎ ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
∎ Reports to the Dept. Head for all Official approvals. In his absence operator report to the Production Manager / Head of Production for approvals.
∎ Intra or Inter-departmental transfer of individual depends on the discretion of the Management for development of individual Skill and Knowledge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient knowledge over 4 Color Offset printing process.
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience / hands-on knowledge & operation on CTP (Computer To Plate).
∎ Minimum 2 years working experience in a reputed offset printing organization.
∎ Working knowledge with "Kodak Trendsetter" will take preference.
∎ Knowledge on computer
Salary: Negotiable
