Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
• Crew documentation, joining, sign-off coordination
• Crew database update & CV screening
• Communication with ship owners
• Prepare joining papers, appointment letters & contracts
• Follow up on medical, visa & certification progress
Requirements:
• Minimum Honours
• Experience in shipping or crewing will be an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel preferred)
• Must be organized, smart & responsible
Workplace: Office (Dhaka)
Salary: Negotiable
