Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Bachelor/Honors

• 4-years graduation preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing or related discipline from a reputed university with no third class/division or equivalent CGPA in the academic record. Having Postgraduate degree will be considered an added advantage.

• Any relevant Professional Qualifications will be considered an added advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of banking experience in credit analysis or credit/loan operations.

• In-depth knowledge in Bangladesh Bank guidelines and relevant Credit Policy, strong analytical skills and customer service experience.

• Age not exceeding 45 years as of September 30, 2025. The age limit may be relaxed based on relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing and analyzing credit proposals in compliance with the Bank’s Credit Policy and Bangladesh Bank guidelines.

• Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence on prospective and existing borrowers.

• Prepare credit appraisal reports, limit proposals, and necessary documentation for management approval.

• Monitor borrower accounts, repayment performance, and ensure early identification of potential risks.

• Liaise with Relationship Managers, Corporate Banking, SME, and Retail segments for smooth credit operations.

• Ensure proper KYC, CIB, documentation, and regulatory compliance for all credit facilities.

• Support portfolio monitoring, reporting, and maintenance of credit files for audit and compliance purposes.

• Coordinate with Recovery, Risk Management, and Legal Divisions in case of default or special monitoring.

• Executing any other duties as and when required by the Management or Line Manager.
