Experience:
Review and approve credit applications for corporate and group clients in accordance with the hotel’s credit policies.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports.
Ensure timely follow-up and collection of outstanding invoices.
Prepare and send monthly statements to clients.
Maintain proper documentation of all credit approvals and collections.
Coordinate with the Sales, Front Office, and Reservations teams to ensure accurate billing information.
Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Liaise with external auditors and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Prepare reports for management, highlighting overdue accounts and potential credit risks.
Ensure strict adherence to company credit policy and procedures.
Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts related to receivables and cash flow.
