Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Credit control, Credit Management, Credit Risk Analysis
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
∎ Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
∎ Set and review credit limits based on financial data and payment history.
∎ Contact clients to negotiate payment plans and resolve payment discrepancies.
∎ Prepare and send invoices, statements, and reminder letters.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all credit-related transactions.
∎ Collaborate with the sales teams to address customer inquiries and resolve disputes.
∎ Generate and analyze credit reports to assess credit risk.
∎ Identify and report potential bad debts or delinquent accounts.
∎ Recommend and implement credit control policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
∎ Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role.
∎ Strong knowledge of credit control principles and practices.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
∎ Detail-oriented and highly organized.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing credit and collections (if applicable).
Salary: Negotiable
