Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct customer data analysis to assess creditworthiness and risk
Credit Aging Analysis
Communicating with customers regarding credit terms, outstanding balances, and payment arrangements
Preparing daily dashboards, summarizing key credit metrics and outstanding receivables for management review
Monitoring credit performance against targets, identifying opportunities for risk mitigation, and providing recommendations based on data analysis
Working with ERP Software to manage credit processes and reporting
Leading the credit recovery
