A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred, but not mandatory for candidates with proven relevant experience.
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, (Premier Pro & After Effect) ,and other graphic design software.
Strong analytical skills & excellent eye for detail.· Coordination, creativity, vision & aesthetic sense.
A passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous learning, with a desire to push the boundaries of visual storytelling and design excellence.
Excellent organizational & time management skills.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Developing visual concepts and ideas for various mediums, such as print, digital, and social media.
Creating and designing high-quality visual content that aligns with project objectives and client requirements.
Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure visual concepts are integrated seamlessly into the overall project.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality standards and deadlines are met.
Providing creative guidance and feedback to junior visualizers and other team members.
Staying up to date with industry trends and new technologies in visual design and incorporating them into projects where appropriate.
Develop storyboards, mood boards, and visual presentations to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively.
Developing and maintaining visual design guidelines and standards for the organization.
