Skills Required: Adobe Premiere Pro,Da Vinci Resolve,Hardworking and Passionate. Punctual,Language skills both in Bengali and English,Proactive and Positive attitude,Video and sound editing,Video Editing,Video Marketing,Video Production

Additional Requirements:

• Age 18 to 40 years

• Proficient in DaVinci Resolve for video editing

• Skilled in sound design and foley creation to enhance storytelling

• Strong understanding of color correction and cinematic color grading using DaVinci Resolve

• Up-to-date with social media trends and audience engagement techniques

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Experienced in editing long-form content (podcasts, documentaries, corporate videos, films)

• Capable of creating short-form vertical content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)

• Able to schedule and manage social media posts across platforms

• Comfortable communicating with clients and attending meetings when required

Responsibilities & Context:

We’re looking for a story-driven editor who understands emotion, pacing, and how to hold attention from the first second.

You’ll be working on cinematic content, documentary-style videos, branded films, and high-performing social media edits. Every project should feel intentional — from sound design to final color.
