Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advocate new ideas & initiatives to create an innovative environment
∎ Leverage & share past experiences with colleagues
∎ Be Present at industry events
∎ Oversee & deliver work that generates social response & wins awards
∎ Present persuasively and delivers difficult messages with sensitivity to senior audiences (Management, client(s) etc.)
∎ Effectively lead meetings and brainstorming sessions
∎ Direct others to develop client presentations
∎ Create seamless ideas across platforms
∎ Thoroughly understand production techniques & the various experiential and interactive platforms
∎ Promote work & team internally and externally
∎ Recognize & reward good performance
∎ Help to identify, motivate & retain the best talent
∎ Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget & align with standards used by external awards
∎ Create and maintain a position perceived by clients as a reference for creative excellence
∎ Contribute to strategy discussions
