We are seeking a Creative Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling, with the ability to create compelling graphics and motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms.

You will work closely with our marketing, content, and production teams to deliver high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and enhances our audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Develop and design high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, and advertisements.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative assets that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand identity and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.

• Create visually appealing layouts, typography, and color schemes to effectively communicate the desired message.

Motion Graphics Design:

• Design and produce engaging motion graphics for video projects, including animations, explainer videos, intros/outros, and promotional content.

• Work on video editing and post-production tasks, integrating motion graphics into live-action footage.

• Experiment with different styles and techniques to create innovative and captivating motion graphics.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design and apply them creatively to projects.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with content creators, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on design objectives and feedback.

Software Proficiency:

• Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) to create and edit graphic and motion content.

• Keep up-to-date with new tools and technologies that can enhance design efficiency and creativity.

Quality Assurance:

• Review and ensure that all visual content is pixel-perfect and meets the highest standards of quality.

• Conduct thorough quality checks on all graphic and motion graphic deliverables before final submission.

• Adapt designs based on feedback and make necessary revisions to achieve the desired outcome
