Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidate having Diploma in Web / Graphic Design will get Preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having creative vision, user experience, visual communication, and quality design concepts.
∎ Coordination and production of all images, videos, design materials, pdfs needed for the organization's digital marketing team to create brochure / poster, leaflets, banners, newsletters, flyers, festoons, calendar, book cover and other materials.
∎ Knowledge on Print media, Social Media posts, Photography is mandatory.
∎ Create Designs & Concepts for Social Media and Ads, Logo, Banner, Poster etc.
∎ Should be able to manage Social Media Quarries like comments, Messages etc.
∎ Design and produce motion graphics, video editing, 2D 3D Motion, motion typography.
∎ Candidate will have experience in all major design software and a proven ability to produce entertaining educational or inspirational visual content that is consistent with the brand "look and feel.
∎ Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form and composition.
∎ Study design briefs and determine requirements.
∎ Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
∎ Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
∎ Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs as required.
∎ Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphics.
∎ Work with Brand team and Management to produce the final design.
∎ Test graphics across various media.
∎ Amend designs after feedback.
∎ Any other responsibility given by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Good knowledge on MS Office Suite.
∎ Advance practical knowledge in Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop
∎ Advance Premium Program
∎ Motion Graphics
∎ Photo & Video editing
∎ Have to be Creative and ability to think out of the box.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Quick decision maker.
∎ Smart, energetic, excellent interpersonal & communication skills in both English & Bangla.
