Creative Direction: Develop and oversee the creative vision for Elpis BD across branding, marketing, digital content, and product experiences.

• Brand Identity: Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity that communicates innovation and trust.

• Campaign Strategy: Lead concept creation and execution of impactful campaigns, from product launches to global initiatives.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and business teams to ensure creativity supports company objectives.

• Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and guide designers, writers, and digital creatives to achieve excellence.

• Innovation Focus: Introduce new ideas, creative tools, and design trends that align with future-forward technologies.

• Content Direction: Oversee creative storytelling for social media, advertising, presentations, and international events.
