Job Context:
∎ Queen`s Education Group is looking for creative, knowledgeable, smart, goal-oriented and self-motivated content writers. We are looking for such candidates who have strong dedication and mindset to work in education & immigration sector for a longer period of time.
∎ Working Hour: Saturday - Thursday (10 AM to 7 PM).
∎ Job Location: Level - 6, Good Luck Centre, Panthapath Signal, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research university-related topics (For Admission, embassy submission, Facebook promotion, website updates etc) and write content related to that topic.
∎ Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
∎ Completing writing projects, meeting deadlines and following content requirements in terms of style and project specifications.
∎ Identifying gaps in content and recommending new topics.
∎ Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
∎ Experience with Microsoft Office, Surfer, Copyscape, WordPress, Keyword research, Content optimization and various other publishing tools.
∎ Helping create style guides or suggesting changes to ensure content is consistent and clear.
∎ Working with customers to define their content needs.
∎ Conducting research on any given topic.
∎ Optimizing articles for SEO and accessibility.
∎ Writing engaging content for blogs, ebooks, case studies, video scripts, infographics and other assets.
∎ Detail-oriented, creative and deadline-driven.
∎ Proven familiarity with SEO optimized writing and social media best practice.
∎ Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
∎ Required to follow work instructions to execute the day-to-day tasks.
∎ Process university and visa application process from initiation to completion phase.
∎ Communicating with admission office & Creative Content/SOP.
∎ Revising content whenever customers or clients request changes.
∎ Editing content to ensure voice, grammar and style is on point
∎ Creating and scheduling posts for multiple social media channels
∎ Staying up to date on industry trends to support content development
∎ Distilling complex concepts and language into content that is easily understood
∎ Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding and style
∎ Managing and completing work on time for multiple content writing projects.
∎ Working with content strategists to build editorial calendars.
