Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and coordinate with all courier vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery services.
Respond to and resolve all incoming calls and inquiries related to courier services and deliveries.
Cross-check delivery records and track all delivered and returned products to maintain up-to-date status reports.
Investigate and document reasons for returned products, coordinating with the relevant teams to understand underlying issues.
Generate regular reports on delivery and return metrics, providing insights to improve service efficiency.
