Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly training modules, plans, content as per guidelines of HMD Management
∎ Arrange & deliver training according to plans • Create frequent Pre & Post-training assessments
∎ Plan and create employee development plans based on hard and soft skills learning
∎ Travel extensively across Bangladesh for training purposes
∎ Tech Savvy: Needs to be updated and enthusiastic about recent mobile devices technology
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability of creating engaging learning culture for participants with varying ages and backgrounds
∎ Well adept at creating & presenting pre and post-training assessments, modules & contents
∎ Familiar with international-level training techniques and assessment models
∎ Street smart & adaptive to changing environment
∎ Enthusiastic about travelling extensively across Bangladesh
∎ Proactive with good leadership qualities, able to take accountability for actions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of training events
∎ Coordinating the work of trainers
∎ Making sure that all training packs are produced to the highest quality level and with minimal errors
∎ Booking training venues that are fit for purpose
∎ Giving training face to face as well as over the Internet
Salary: Negotiable
