• Candidates from well-established and reputed medical companies will be given preference

• Must have a strong existing sales network with hospitals, dialysis centers, and medical institutions

• Proven expertise in dealer & distributor management

• Strong experience in corporate negotiation and high-value deal closing

• Demonstrated ability to manage credit risk and credit-controlled sales models

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities

We are a fast-growing medical devices and dialysis products company in Bangladesh. To drive nationwide sales expansion, dealer development, and corporate business growth, we are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Country Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Appoint, manage, and expand District and Divisional Dealer networks across Bangladesh

• Lead sales, marketing, and business development activities nationwide

• Develop and execute corporate deals with hospitals, dialysis centers, and healthcare institutions

• Act as a Business Development Policy Maker, defining long-term sales and growth strategies

• Build, lead, and monitor high-performance sales teams

• Identify new markets, channels, and strategic partnerships

• Ensure strict implementation of credit-avoidance and controlled credit policies

• Achieve annual sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth
