Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma (Vocational) in Garments Industry
∎ 1. Lean black belt Certification is preferred.
∎ 2. Executive Diploma in Apparel Management & Garments Technology is preferred.
∎ 3.Certification in Clothing Manufacturing, production planning is preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Communacate Effectively, Apparel Manufacturing Process, Apparel merchandising, at least 15 years of experience in garments, Be a good team member, Business/ Product Development, Buyer Handling
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all kinds of activities of an International Buying House liaison office.
∎ Lead merchandisers to manage buyers, pursue order from buyers.
∎ Lead merchandisers to search and park for new buyers
∎ Advise sample department operation for developing and get approval of new sample
∎ Help on price negotiation with buyers on specific order to order.
∎ Source for the best match factories as per pricing and buyers requirements.
∎ Help on order placing to factory
∎ Advise QA & QC department to ensure product quality and delivery on time.
∎ Organised organisational structure for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure internal control on spending fund
∎ Advise finance department for preparing monthly and yearly budget
∎ Approve monthly fund requisition from HK and expenses in Bangladesh.
∎ Advise and approve admin to review yearly performance for employees and salary accordingly.
∎ Any other task is assigned by HO management time to time.
