Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To be the pivotal in-market resource, managing all aspects of the business, driving growth and maximizing brand profit in a challenging and competitive marketplace.
∎ Building capabilities and a structure to support sales, marketing, and functional team operations
∎ Work closely with Bangladesh colleagues, including the India leadership team, supply chain, logistics, finance, production, tax, legal and compliance.
∎ Responsible for all aspects of route to consumer activities, including leading the development and implementation of the distribution strategy.
∎ Responsible for determining the region’s optimal portfolio.
∎ Work closely with government affairs operation and represent the company at various trade associations.
∎ Leads by example, role models the company’s values and ways of working.
∎ Establishes an enabling culture based on strong collaboration and common objectives.
∎ Leads the business operation and organization in all aspects of the business and develops and leads the strategic direction in country.
∎ Establishes clear vision and business priorities to ensure consistent, profitable growth.
∎ Leads the overall business planning process as well as the market in all internal resource allocation discussions.
∎ Lead the development and maintain long-term strategic plans for brands, portfolio, channels, and the organization.
∎ Lead the development and implement annual budgets
∎ Lead the team to develop and implement organisational processes and systems to ensure operational excellence in all aspects of the business, building on existing best practices from other Own Distribution markets.
∎ Provide appropriate reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
∎ Support the commercial and marketing teams by establishing appropriate relationships with key customers, industry, and respective government authorities.
∎ Ensure that all local administrative requirements are undertaken efficiently and effectively, complying with local legal requirements and guidelines.

∎ The position of Country Lead will be responsible for operation and maintenance of the day to day affairs of the company in Bangladesh. As the head of the country, the role has primary accountability for delivering sales targets, ensuring sales productivity and efficiencies through effective liaising with the importer(s). The role takes on strategic leadership for the country across all facets of business performance and people management. The person will also have to liaise with local authorities for the smooth functioning of the company.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Range/Amount: 70,00,000 - 80,00,000 Total CTC
