- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering/MSc in Civil Engineering from a reputed university. A Master’s in Road Management will be considered an added advantage due to its specialized relevance to the role.

Responsibilities & Context:
Expertise in national crash data systems (iMAAP or similar), analytics, data governance, and system institutionalization.
Strong capability in road asset management platforms (iROADS or equivalent) and climate-resilient investment planning.
Experience in digital transformation of transport agencies, including AI-based enforcement and integrated databases.
Proven leadership establishing and running country operations, including P&L, HR, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
10+ years on World Bank/ADB transport safety and asset management programs.
Multi-country delivery experience across Asia/Africa and leading cross-cultural teams.
Strong commercial skills: winning contracts, partnerships, and market expansion.
Skilled in capacity building, TNAs, SOPs, and institutional strengthening.
