Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The responsibilities of the student counselor include supporting the of students, to developing and monitoring counseling support programs, and providing educational guidance
∎ To be a successful student counselor, you should treat all students with patience and empathy for the challenges they are facing.
∎ A top-notch student counselor has a strong level of social understanding, is gently persuasive, and has the ability to make students feel safe and secure.
∎ Maintain communication with the respective students.
∎ Communicate with students and collect their required documents for visa applications.
∎ Review and verify if documents sent by students are in the right order.
∎ Maintain records of the student's documentation.
∎ Update the daily processing work activities.
∎ Communicate with clients face-to-face or over the phone regarding their application step.
∎ Other duties as assigned
