Responsibilities & Context:
- Counsel clients in person, over the phone, and online as needed.
- Handle marketing and promotions on social media.
- Provide clear and accurate information for Student, Schooling, Visit, Work Permit, and Migration visas.
- Meet and greet clients; manage incoming and outgoing calls.
- Maintain good communication and follow up with clients.
- Receive and reply to emails professionally.
- Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and keep records organized.
