Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cost optimization, Costing, Production costing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture, Interior Design

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gathering and analyzing complex financial data, including raw materials, inventory purchases and production overhead costs to determine Cost of Goods (COG) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
∎ Carrying out Period End Closing (PEC) activities on manufacturing costing, involving Process Order Settlement and Material Ledger (ML) run.
∎ Releasing material workflow with cost analysis for furniture and interior goods.
∎ Reviewing & providing recommendations with alternative measures for different options whenever required.
∎ Participating in dynamic forecasting and preparing annual cost estimates and analysis.
∎ Supporting the factory controller on best practice implementation in order to demonstrate robust internal controls around all assets and liabilities within the factory.
∎ Benchmarking processes and cost across factories and markets and sharing areas of improvement, simplification or cost reduction.
∎ Promoting a clear understanding of financial key figures and costing within the factory.
∎ Regulating standard costs and investigate variances with actual expenses of furniture or interior products and preparing detailed reports periodically and on an ad-hoc basis.
∎ Communicating and collaborating with designers, architects, and engineers in various projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems.
∎ Expertise in furniture and interior products purchasing, with a basic understanding of furniture and interior products.
∎ Any academic background will be considered for candidate with good professional experience in cost analysis (preferably in furniture or interior products)
