• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Cost Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Cost & Management Accounting

1. Relevant certifications like Cost Public Accountant (CPA) or Cost Management Accountant (CMA) or Finance.
2. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)/(MBA) in Accounting/Finance also preferable if have relevant certifications for Cost Analyst.

• Age 30 to 45 years

1. Minimum 10 years’ experience in a relevant field and minimum 05 years’ experience as a cost analyst in any reputed hospital

4. Experience in handling VAT and Tax would be an added value.       
5. Educational qualification can be relaxed with relevant field experience.        
6. Proven experience as a cost analyst, cost specialize or similar role.        
7. Experience in data, operational and financial analysis.        
8. Knowledge of accounting processes and software.        
9. Strong analytical skills.       
10. Great attention to detail.        
11. A business acumen.

1. Divine Mercy Hospital Ltd. (DMHL) is a 300 bedded multi-disciplinary hospital. It is a dynamic project of The Christian Co-operative Credit Union Ltd., Dhaka (CCCUL) which is located on the outskirts of Dhaka city at proximity to the Dhaka By Pass National Highway at Mothbari, Ulukhola Kaligonj under the District of Gazipur (approx. 12 kilometers from Kuril, Bishwaroad).
2. DMHL has been established with the aim of providing quality health care services at affordable costs to the people of all segments of the society of Bangladesh having almost all clinical departments under one roof which will enable to deliver proper integrated services to the patients. One stop state of the art Diagnostic Services will be one of its major features including 24 hours emergency and ambulance services, with round the clock doctors, available for treatment of various discipline.
3. The hospital is seeking application for the following position who would be interested to join in the journey to provide quality services with love, care and compassion. 

Responsibilities and Context:

1. gather and analyze financial data.
2. Examine and manage the expenses of a company.
3. Determine standard cost and investigate variances with actual cost.     
4. Providing detailed financial analysis and reports of expenses. Includes breakdowns of project costs. 
5. To forecast remaining expenses and opportunities to increase efficiency.    
6. Conducting market research as needed to recommend changes to pricing or business models.
7. Develop strategies to reduce costs and study product pricing to ensure the best possible return on investment for the company.
8. Prepare budgeting reports by collecting information and data points from various departments within the organization.
9. Investigate discrepancies in financial records and perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
10. Conduct regular audits, interpret rules related to accounting practices and ensure compliance with the standard regulations in Bangladesh. 
11. Conduct market research to support future business planning.
12. Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs.
13. Help management to make important decisions based on cost and benefits.
