• Age 25 to 45 years

• Good Health for frequent travelling.

• Excellent communication and report writing skills both in English and Bengali·       

• Smart, young, energetic, proactive, result oriented, innovative and well-mannered with attractive personality.  

• Applicant should have valid driving license.        

• Good inter personal communication skills.       

• Capable to monitor & control team.·      

• Sound knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel and Power Point.      

• Excellent and super-fast data analyzing and reporting skill.

• Skills Required in Sales & Marketing.

• The applicants should have experience in the Corporate  sales & Marketing.

• Ability to handle Dealers/Clients with smiling face.

• Adapt any adverse situation.

• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.

• Build connection with new Companies.

• Collect the production volume/stock reports and communicates with customers to receive orders based on the availability of the products.

• Find out the potential markets and creating relationships with the new buyers.

• Ensure necessary contract negotiation with the buyers and ensure all terms and conditions are met accordingly.

• Ensure on-time delivery, follow-up shipment, and payment process.

• Communicate with, VAT Department, Bank & Concern Department for documentation.

• Target oriented and ability to work under pressure.

• Drive new customer acquisition maintaining relationship with them.

• To build strong relationship and achieve monthly sales target.

• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports as required by management and maintain customer database.

• Contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, by email, and in person.

• Response customer’s questions, inquiries, and complaints.
