∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure business development objectives and activities are in line with sales targets.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands UMCH's and Oboshor's customer & client base and ensures their strong presence.
∎ Identify & generate new clients, Establishing new and maintaining relationships with existing customers, build a strong portfolio of Enterprise segment prospects, drive revenue growth and new sales.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and business development opportunities.
∎ Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management on performance.
∎ Ensure provision of proper after-sales support and services to clients/ customers.
∎ Prepare and present to management periodic budgets/sales forecasts.
∎ Design Corporate Health care programs.
∎ Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.
∎ Oversee the training of UMCH's and Oboshor's Corporate & General Business Development staff to ensure effective team performance.
∎ Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
∎ 15. Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance.
∎ Seek new business opportunities through Cold Calling, Networking & Social Media, Digital marketing, Contact customers/ clients via emails and phone calls or by any other suitable ways to offer them UMCH's and Oboshor's products and services.
∎ Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss UMCH's & Oboshor's product and how it will meet the requirements of a potential customer/ client.
∎ Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence a purchase.
∎ Communicate with customers/ clients to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications.
∎ Motivate and guide the Corporate Business Development team to improve performance and achieve set goals.
∎ Monitor the activities of Corporate Business Development's personnel to assess performance and productivity.
∎ Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Ensure and develop Branding & Promotion activities of UMCH & Oboshor.
∎ Acquiring grants/donations from probable organizations from home and abroad for the Oboshor Project.
∎ Collaborate with the HR, Branding, Medical Services, Hospital Operations, and relevant heads of UMCH & Oboshor to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall organizations performance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Organizational Skills: Must be able to coordinate and manage the corporate sales & business development operations of UMCH & Oboshor to maximize profit.
∎ Communication Skills: Must be well versed in communicating with clients to offer them products/services and convince purchase. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of clients.
∎ Teamwork Skills: Corporate sales managers collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies.
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise.
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
∎ Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
∎ Ability to build rapport.
∎ Sound knowledge of Client Relationship management, new market development, Branding & promotion.
∎ Sound skills at MS Office Program.
