Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create high-quality content for our website, blog, ,social media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
∎ Write & Check English and Bangla copy and edit content for a range of marketing and communications materials.
∎ Set Clear Content Goals & Maintain Global Standard All the time.
∎ Research and understand SWISH client base needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research.
∎ Collaborate with designers, Digital Marketers and other professionals on large- and small-scale brand and communications projects.
∎ Ability to accomplishes monthly wings goal by supervising all copy, content, vlogs post, Social campaign post, technical writing, website content and monitoring work processes of copy team.
∎ Ability to make sure all copies and contents are error free and ensure proof reading before final output for both Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to work as a team with brand and communications to develop conceptual approaches to meet SWISH campaign objectives.
∎ Ability to write synopsis or script for video productions.
∎ Ability to understand SWISH customers psychology, market scenario and ensure copy team work accordingly.
∎ Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach to SWISH target customers.
∎ Ability of Interpreting creative direction and technical information and turning them into persuasive copy concepts.
∎ Create new ideas along with Copy/caption and demonstrate the ability to work in various forms of media both online and offline.
∎ Collaborating with PR, digital marketing, Sales, business development wings to brainstorm and develop a variety of marketing materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related field.
∎ Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
∎ Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.
∎ Proficient in content management systems, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
∎ Strong analytical skills and experience with content performance metrics.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
∎ Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
