Job Context

DAM Foundation for Economic Development (DFED) (an institution of Dhaka Ahsania Mission, MRA license-00109-02243-00747) is working to enhance the socio-economic condition of poor people for creating their employment opportunities, raising income and increasing their asset and financial resources. DFED is currently looking for competent and experienced Coordinator for Training Department. The position will be responsible for the overall training development process of DFED and designing the modules and training materials for the trainers. S/he will also be responsible for identifying training needs as well as planning, administering and coordinating training and development activities.

Job Location: Head Office, Adabar- Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall training development plan for DFED and ensure the implementation of planned training and initiatives.

• Coordinate and design training modules, content and materials for trainers.

• Prepare annual training plan jointly with other department of DFED.

• Design programs for building the capacity of trainers to conduct the training.

• Oversee timely delivery of the training development plan according to the approved plan,

• Collaborate with Operation Department, Finance and Accounts Department, HR and Admin Department and MIS and IT Department to enhance the effectiveness of the training design and implementation quality.

• Take steps to improve quality of training inputs and ensure fidelity of training modules.

• Co-deliver key trainings with subject matter experts.

• Liaise with other NGOs running similar programs to identify areas of knowledge sharing and possible collaboration.

• Provide continuous support to training implementation area.

• Provide technical and management support regarding training programs.

• Participate in any other activities which may be required to be undertaken to fulfill the objectives of DFED.

Employment Status

Full-time (Regular/ Contractual)

• Salary:

• Grade-10, Gross Salary including [Provident Fund, Gratuity Fund, Other Fund, Mobile Bill and Insurance] Tk. 70,825/- per month.

• Other Allowance:

• Daily lunch allowance 200/- taka.
