Job Context:
∎ Sex Workers Network in partnership with Save the Children implementing Project Title: Prioritized HIV prevention and treatment services for key populations in Bangladesh, the position will be recruited for implementing the project`s interventions:
∎ ROLE PURPOSE: The Coordinator (Program and M&E), based at the Sex Worker Networks project office, Dhaka, shall provide leadership, guidance and implementation management of the GF-NFM III supported FSWI`s entire program activity implementation and monitor relevant performance. Besides, the coordinator will act as Program and M&E focal. The coordinator shall ensure that the relevant activities are in line with the approved project work plan and the budget. All relevant project deliverables are taking place on time.
∎ The coordinator shall act as the focal of the Program and M&E, advocacy and training, etc. event implementation, challenge mitigation, community engagement, GBV prevention and mainstreaming, etc. arenas. The coordinator shall work in collaboration with the Executive Body of SWN, the Finance and Admin officer and PR Save the Children -to ensure quality implementation of the program activities.
∎ Besides the coordinator also shall play also the role to establish professional relationships where appropriate and in maintaining/conducting National/local level advocacy and training effort and carrying out tasks, developing consensus among team, SCI and local GO/NGO/private stakeholders, representing the Sex Worker Networks in critical technical and policy fora, resolving problems and conflicts, and in meeting deadlines.
∎ The coordinator position is directly reportable to President of the Sex Worker Networks.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and facilitate to develop Gender policy, child protection policy, code of conduct and SOP on financial and procurement and update staff management policy and establish project M&E system with the support of SCI
∎ Coordinate and facilitate for arranging Election and General meetings of SWN
∎ Provide technical support to identify new opportunity for SWN and develop new proposal and submitted to relevant donors
∎ Coordinate and facilitate to updates strategic plan of SWN with the support of SCI
∎ Coordinate and arrange capacity building training on Outreach and harm reduction for POW.
∎ In collaboration with SCI, SR, CBOs and other collaborative partners, overseeing the implementation of The Global Fund Supported (NFM III) Female Sex Worker Intervention, managed by Sex Worker Networks.
∎ Oversee the implementation of The Global Fund Supported (NFM III) Female Sex Worker Intervention, managed by Sex Worker Networks.
∎ Overseeing the achievement of program results by ensuring that monitoring and oversight mechanisms are in implementation in an effective manner.
∎ Establishing and maintaining mutually respectful relationships with SR, CBO/strategic partners, other GO/NGO program collaborative development partners within the program areas to facilitate timely and efficient delivery of programs.
∎ Contributing to effective coordination related to HIV/SRHR/GBV and gender equality in the working area by being actively involved in key coordination meetings.
∎ Providing high level technical support to the program team when needed, which includes program and outreach management; compliance and conflict management; HR and admin management; capacity building and use of effective data in decision making, strengthening district level coordination, etc.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate for arranging all district and national level advocacy/coordination meeting/orientation and ensure Community engagement
∎ Providing administrative oversight including ensuring awareness and adherence to all organizational/donor policies as applicable.
∎ Facilitating professional development of staff and promote their safety and well-being.
∎ Supervise the outreach monitoring through community

∎ At least 5 years of progressively responsible professional work experience with NGOs in managing position.
∎ Have good computer skills in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Salary:
∎ Total monthly salary including all benefits and festival bonus is BDT 48,208 (Monthly)
