Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters’ degree from a recognised University preferably in social science or development studies including MBA, Economics, Anthropology, Urban and Rural Planning or any other related discipline suitable for development work. Applicants with good academic background would be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study the result matrix, quality standards and compliance requirements of ongoing development projects implemented by SKS Foundation with support from a range of national and international donors.
∎ Coordinate with Development Programme department and individual project teams for getting access to project documents and progress data.
∎ Plan and undertake routine and random monitoring visits to project sites to look into implementation process, adherence to guidelines and make sure that project is on track without any risk.
∎ Communicate with focal persons of individual donors to get clarity on their policies, strategies and guidelines applicable for the partnership projects and ensure that those requirements are understood and applied in project management.
∎ Plan special investigation and quick field visits to project under risks, identify lapses and unauthorised deviations from project plan and budget.
∎ Organise exit meeting with project team after field visit/project audit to discuss important observations and corrective plan of actions.
∎ Share with senior management, line manager, and Directors, about project irregularities, corruptions or any potential risks related to organisational name and fame that deserve management action.
∎ Demonstrate good leadership role and supporting attitude (assuming that project monitoring and auditing is not a policing job) to win best possible support from the project teams to provide an early warning service.
∎ Provide monthly monitoring visit and project audit (non-financial audit) reports with critical observations, evidences and recommendations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on process monitoring, logical framework, qualitative and quantitative analysis, impact monitoring, risk management, meeting organisation, presentation skills, report writing, case study preparation is needed. Basic knowledge on computer and use of common software in Microsoft is essential. Good communication skills and experience to work with partners and donors is desirable.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Consolidated including festival bonus. Others benefits will be as per Organization policy and budget provision.
