Job Context:
∎ Social Marketing Company (SMC) has taken the initiative to implement checkup counseling and service delivery program for pregnant mothers in 16 upazilas of PSTC operating area under Multiple Micronutrient Supplement (MMS) program funded by Children Investment Fund Foundation. In order to implement the program, PSTC is inviting applications from Bangladeshi citizens for recruitment of staff from 1st August-2023 to 30th July-2024.
∎ Dhaka Project Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the overall documentation of (Multiple Micronutrient Supplements (MMS) related activities
∎ Guide MMS staff at field level for best output
∎ Collect and compile data & information from the field offices
∎ Prepare monthly progress reports HO level
∎ Assist Accounts & Admin Manager to prepare financial report
∎ Distribute BCC materials, and others to the district offices
∎ Responsible for monitoring, documentation and best practices of the campaign
∎ Visit field offices and provide support to the MMS staff members
∎ Orient MMS staff on record keeping and reporting format
∎ Monitor weekly progress report and compile monthly and quarterly performance report
∎ Prepare completion report of the MMS project year
∎ Carry out any other of tasks as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Master's Degree (Preferable in commerce background)
∎ Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
∎ Computer operating skills is required
∎ Working experience on reproductive health and FP related will prefer
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
∎ In addition, 2 festival bonus equivalent to two basic salary as per policy.
