Experience:
A master’s degree, preferably in Statistics, Management of Information Systems, Public Health, or in a related field from an accredited academic institution.
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in health and nutrition programs, as well as managing health and nutrition information, with an international non-governmental organization (INGO) is highly Valued.
Experience in utilizing DHIS2 information systems.
Strong data analysis skills using SPSS, STATA, and Excel, along with sufficient expertise in software installation.
Ability to perform effectively under extreme circumstances, including stress, high-security risks, and harsh living conditions, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and resilience.
Strong communication skills in English and Bangla
Knowledge of Bangla typing is preferred

The Opportunity
The Coordinator - Health Information System (HIS) will manage the project database, analyze data, and prepare reports under the guidance of the Technical Manager. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate data capture, validation, and quality from clinical health sites, responding to project information needs, and serving as the administrative focal point for field teams. The role involves producing timely internal and external reports, supporting evaluative field assessments, and preparing donor narrative reports. Additionally, the position provides technical support, guidance, and capacity building to partners on HIS processes.
