∎ Master Degree in Social Science, Agriculture or Nutritional Science
∎ Skills Required: Agricultur and Livestock

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agriculture
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • This position is primarily responsible for ensuring proper implementation of the project actions as per project design to meet the project goal and objectives.
∎ • Coordination the project implementation plan and activities with all level of field staff, other all sorts of stakeholders and higher authority of BGS.
∎ • To communicate with the local training institutions and local Government officers (specially with Agriculture and Livestock and other related resources).
∎ • conduct monitoring and follow up visit for project plans, project activities, budgets and expenditures.
∎ • Organizing and facilitating meetings, trainings, workshops, orientations, dialogues etc as per project plan.
∎ • Establish communication with stakeholders including service providers, civil society organizations, village level institutions, local government bodies and government departments in regard to project activity.
∎ • Prepare reports as per requirement of the project.
∎ • Supervision, capacity building and guiding of staffs under the component.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum 5years practical experience on relevant field and computer knowledge & skill is essential.

Salary: Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
