Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This position is primarily responsible for ensuring proper implementation of the project actions as per project design to meet the project goal and objectives.
∎ Coordination the project implementation plan and activities with all level of field staff, other all sorts of stakeholders and higher authority of BGS.
∎ To communicate with the local training institutions and local Government officers (specially with Agriculture and Livestock and other related resources).
∎ conduct monitoring and follow up visit for project plans, project activities, budgets and expenditures.
∎ Organizing and facilitating meetings, trainings, workshops, orientations, dialogues etc. as per project plan.
∎ Establish communication with stakeholders including service providers, civil society organizations, village level institutions, local government bodies and government departments in regard to project activity.
∎ Prepare reports as per requirement of the project.
∎ Supervision, capacity building and guiding of staffs under the component.
∎ Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.

∎ BGS a development organization implementing Integrated Development Programs in the different districts of Bangladesh with the financial support from different national & international donors. Its invite application from the suitable & interested candidates for the following position one of the BGS project.
∎ Place of Posting: Baharchara union of Teknaf Upazila under Cox’s Bazar District.
