Job Context:
∎ Sentry Security Services Ltd. is looking for few numbers of retired armed forces offices preferably retired Capt. or equivalent rank. The candidates should have at least 10-12 years` job experienced in the private security industry or any other service industry. CIVIL dynamic security managerial level personnel having at least 10 -12 years` job experience in the relevant field may also apply for this position with immediate effect.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time 8 hours` duty (Business hour) & 2 days` holiday per week.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as SSSL Security Focal Point for the client.
∎ Serve as overall in-charge for on ground operation.
∎ Prepare weekly roster and leave plan for security personnel.
∎ Administer leave and weekly day off of security personnel.
∎ Ensure necessary deployment from back-up for leave and sudden absenteeism.
∎ Supervise shift supervisors and monitor security personnel deployment as per roster.
∎ Ensure all post/Site orders are properly maintained.
∎ Inspect Daily Incident register, supervisor's duty handover takeover checklist, patrol register and other registers are duly maintained.
∎ Conduct a 7/week routine and un announced (at least 2) post inspections.
∎ Prepare and share inspection report with project Manager and Embassy Security Manager.
∎ Prepare a detail incident report in case of any incident.
∎ Coordinate training activities (Basic and refresher and OJT).
∎ Review daily CCTV Monitor Report, Attendance, daily checkers and shift handing taking report.
∎ Prepare daily security operation report.
∎ Maintain daily customer instruction register.
∎ Assist Client emergency drill (fire, security and emergency evacuation).
∎ Carry notebook while on site to take notes.
∎ Prepare action items metrics and complete the action within the timeline.
∎ Maintain all emergency updated contact numbers and ensure the same are maintained by the site supervisors.
∎ Ensure additional deployment of quick response support as requested by the client within a shortest possible time from respective area office in case of any emergencies/locked down requirement.
∎ Ensure surveillance around the client country office building and report to client representative time to time about the situation.
∎ Conduct dynamic risk assessment for any security situation and apprise USE embassy Security Manager accordingly.
∎ Monitor discipline and duty performance of SSSL security workforces including site supervisor.
∎ Take action for ill-disciplined and non performing SSSL security workforce.
∎ Handle any complain by visa applicant as per Embassy guidelines.
∎ Carry out all instruction time to time given by Ambassadors/Security Manager.
∎ Review daily CCTV Monitor Report, Attendance, daily checkers and shift handing taking report.
∎ Prepare daily security operation report.
∎ Maintain daily customer instruction register.
∎ Assist Client emergency drill (fire, security and emergency evacuation).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to the retired Armed Forces Personnel (Retired Capt. Or equivalent level rank preferred) having at least 10-12 years' job experience in the military service
∎ For the Non Military Background Personnel may also apply for this position who is having minimum 10 - 12 years' practical job experience in Managerial level position in the private security industry or in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES or at any Foreign Embassy, Consulate House, UN Bodies, Multinational Companies, INGO's / MGO's, Banks, Hotels, in Bangladesh
∎ The candidate must be fluent in English (90%) and should have the capability to communicate in English with the Foreign Visitor's and Embassy Staff's.
∎ The candidate has to be physically fit and having minimum 5' 6" in height.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable for highly competent candidate (BDT. 70,000.00 - 80,000.00 per month).
