We're looking for a content writer who doesn't just write, but creates content that satisfies the intents, engages, converts, and ranks

Role Overview

We need a Content Writer who has previous content projects to show—whether blogs, websites, social media, or marketing copy. You'll combine strong writing skills with AI tools to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content that drives traffic and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

·        Execute weekly content writing tasks exactly as assigned in Asana.

·        Consistently maintain and achieve weekly performance KPIs (e.g., word count, number of articles).

·        Writing SEO-optimized blog posts and website copy for designated clients.

·        Writing high-quality guest post articles for the Outreach Specialist.

·        Optimizing content using provided primary keywords, LSI terms, and specific SEO guidelines.

·        Editing and proofreading content to ensure grammatical accuracy, readability, and brand voice consistency.

·        Revising and updating content based on feedback from the Pod Strategist or Quality Control (Sadman).

·        Writing engaging meta titles and meta descriptions for all drafted content.

What You Bring (Must-Haves)

• Strong writing skills — you can write clear, engaging, and error-free content

• At least 2–3 completed content projects (blogs, websites, articles, or marketing copy) — samples must be shared

• Familiarity with SEO content principles (keywords, headings, meta descriptions, readability)

• Experience using AI tools to support content creation workflows

• Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms

• Self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of WordPress or other CMS platforms

• Familiarity with content performance tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
