Experience Level

• 1 -2 years of proven content creation experience (or you're a creative fresher with an exceptional mind).
• Strong portfolio showcasing original, SEO-optimized content.
• Fluent in English with excellent conversational and interpersonal skills.

Writing Superpowers

• Comfortable switching writing styles to suit the situation.

Research & SEO Skills

• Strong research capabilities - you can dive deep into wellness topics and emerge with golden insights
• Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Market Muse, Moz, Ubbersuggest).
• Deep understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.

Technical Skills & Tools

• Experience with WordPress/CMS platforms for content publishing and management.
• Proficiency with writing & editing tools (Grammarly, Hemingway Editor).
• Familiarity with Yoast SEO for on-page optimization.

• Research, write, and edit original content makes wellness and health topics.

• Turn complex health concepts into "aha!" moments that stick with readers.

• Create content across different platforms, each with its own platform voice and vibe.

• Write in different tones - from encouraging and supportive to informative and actionable. 

SEO Magic (Without Losing the Human Touch)

• Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs to find what people are searching for.

• Optimize content with on-page SEO best practices.

• Collaborate with our SEO team to align content strategy with broader marketing goals.

• Monitor performance and suggest improvements that make both Google, Bing, LLM (AI), and humans happy.

Quality Obsession

• Ensure every piece is 100% original, human-written, and plagiarism-free (seriously, we check).

• Maintain our brand voice while adapting to different audiences.

• Review and refresh existing content to keep it current and effective.

Progress Tracking & Communication

• Create monthly progress reports that showcase the wins, learnings, and growth areas.
