Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fine Arts
∎ A minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering (Focus: Graphic Design, Video Editing), Fine arts with Digital skills, or a related field.

∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Proven experience in design (banner, poster, placard, book, brochure) and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Wonder Share, After Effects, etc.).
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing design work, including digital visuals, videos, and multimedia content.
∎ Experience in 2D and 3D motion graphics is a plus.
∎ Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
∎ Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality output.
∎ Knowledge of sustainability and environmental issues is a plus.
∎ Strong communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Station: Khulna city (around 70% of the time) but frequent visits are required to the communities (around 30% of the time)
∎ Report to: Communication Coordinator
∎ Coordinate with: Communication Team, Research Team, and Finance & Admin Team
∎ Work Days: Saturday - Thursday except for the public holidays
∎ Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break
∎ Duration: Two years initially with an option of extension
∎ Develop creative and visually compelling designs (banners, posters, placards, social media cards) for programs, campaigns, digital campaigns, and research publications.
∎ To effectively communicate key messages, create high-quality videos (with sound, effects, and graphics to produce professional and engaging outputs), including animations, explainer videos, and campaign highlights.
∎ Collaborate with the communication, campaign and research teams to conceptualize and design innovative visuals and content.
∎ Design graphics, infographics, and visual materials that align with CLEAN’s branding and advocacy goals.
∎ Staying updated on design and video-making trends to ensure content remains fresh and impactful.
∎ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality.
∎ Assist in developing creative strategies to enhance the visibility and effectiveness of CLEAN’s campaigns and outreach efforts.
