Job Context:
∎ SkyLane is a British Council and IDP-certified IELTS registration point from Narayanganj offering Study abroad, Language Training (IELTS test and other foreign language learning), Work abroad, and Content Development services. The organization is looking for slightly experienced or inexperienced educational consultants. Applicants must have excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English. The employees have to deal with students and their guardians, counsel them properly and serve them cordially with authenticity.
∎ Shift: 10:30 AM-7.30 PM
∎ Off days: Friday and National Holidays
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruiting New Student(s) for the company.
∎ Ensure all clients receive the best customer service and suggestions as per prescribed guidelines on Student VISA.
∎ Communicate with prospective clients visiting our office and over the phone.
∎ Communicate and coordinate with clients through calls, massage, and mail.
∎ Communicate with Foreign Universities/Colleges on behalf of Company.
∎ Foreign University online Application.
∎ To consult with the students and guardians over the phone about the admission procedure of foreign universities.
∎ Communicate with Foreign University's international Office regarding admission.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ Provide support on document preparation regarding Student application to the clients with guidance.
∎ Assess eligibility of the students for the applied university/college.
∎ Maintain the Social media platform of UDC & generate clients.
∎ Participate in video shoots and live sessions, arranged by the marketing wing, whenever necessary.
∎ Any other relevant tasks to be assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary range will be different for Narayanganj and Dhaka branch as well as experienced and inexperienced candidates.
