• Chartered Accountant / Cost & Management Accountant / Tax Practitioner or equivalent

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in VAT, Tax, and NGO compliance

• Proven experience working with NGOs/INGOs or donor-funded projects

• Strong knowledge of NBR, Labor Act, Provident Fund & Gratuity rules, and NGOAB regulations

• Prior experience of dealing with NBR and NGOAB is essential.

V. is an International Child Rights organization operating in Bangladesh, invites applications from qualified consultants/firms to provide professional consultancy services on financial and legal services such as VAT, tax, compliance, and management, Gratuity, Provident Fund, and NGO Affairs Bureau (NGOAB), employment, and Labour Act, etc.
The consultant will be responsible for

• Review and advisory on VAT and Income Tax compliance, including returns and withholding tax

• Review and advisory service on Gratuity and Provident Fund policies and compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Act

• Support on NGOAB regulatory requirements and reporting

• Identification of compliance gaps and provision of practical recommendations

• Advisory support during audits, assessments, or regulatory queries (if required)

• Other related matters

• Written recommendations and action plan

• Required templates or supporting documents

• Final consultancy report

• Need-based advisory services
