Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: General Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit the applications and required documents for Visa and Work Permit for Expatriated to applicable authorities.
- Track application status and follow up with authorities when needed.
- Schedule appointments with immigration offices or embassies.
- Assist clients with security clearance and police verifications, or other required steps.
- Correspondence with several Govt. Authorities, i.e., BIDA, DIP, Ministry of Labor, etc.
- Responding to any Labor & HR-related queries of clients with proper reference of Laws & Regulations.
- Preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, CV screening, conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates from different sources, and ensuring the ideal recruitment and selection procedures.
- Salary management, bonus structures, and employee benefits coordination.
- Organizing corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Drafting appointment letters, confirmation letters, congratulation letters, show cause letters, termination letters, and service rules, etc.
- Following up on the employee’s compensation and benefits.
- Motivating and counseling the employees to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
- Maintaining employee data, attendance & leave records, and performance logs.
- Other Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Annual Accounts of Clients.
- Tax Assessment according to the Income Tax ACT, 2023.
- Calculating Tax & VAT on different types of goods and services of the company according to the Income Tax ACT, 2023, and VAT & SD Act, 2012, and being responsible for reviewing efficiently.
- Performing the company's secretarial work.
- Any other activities assigned by management.
