∎ Social Safeguard Department (SSD) of EQMS has experience in preparing/ conducting Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Studies; Resettlement Action Plan (RAP); Development of Livelihood Restoration Plan (LRP); Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF); Preparation of Environmental Disaster and Risk Management Plan; Environmental Management Information System (EIMS) development; Preparation of Environmental Guidelines; Development of Management of Toxic and Hazardous wastes generated from various Industries; Environmental and Social Due Diligence; Environmental and Social auditing; Socio-economic and Institutional Studies; Economic and Technical Feasibility Study.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to undertake and implement Social Impact Assessments (SIA) and resettlement activities, including preparing Resettlement Action Plans, Livelihood Restoration Plans/ Frameworks and Compensation Action Plans; and
∎ Assist to prepare Community Development Plan and Stakeholder Engagement Plan & Implementation Monitoring.
∎ Additional Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct different survey;
∎ Coordinate Field Data collection and analysis;
∎ Report writing;
∎ Attain Client meeting;
∎ Support for Preparation of Expression of Interest (EOI) and Project Proposal (PP) for Local and International projects;
∎ Communication with International and local consultants/ experts and firms; and
∎ Willing to participate frequent field visit;

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s) Experiences in the related field for the Post "Consultant".
∎ Though fresher can apply however at least 1 year(s) related field experiences will be preferable for the Post "Assistant Consultant".
∎ The applicant should have sound knowledge on SPSS, MS Excel & Office and internet browsing;
∎ Good knowledge of IFC Performance Standards, ADB Safeguard Policies;
∎ Excellent report writing and communication skill;
∎ Experience with statistical analysis of large data sets;
∎ Should be workable under pressure and responsibility; and
∎ Should be a good team player.

Salary:
∎ Starting from 384,000 to 900,000 per annum.
