∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Gallery, Indenting Firm, Inventory/Warehouse, Market Research Firms, Research Organization

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly confidential and official document keeping and record maintaining as Management representative
∎ To secure and maintain day to day official letters and documents transmitted and received both Hard copy or electronic copy.
∎ Make and prepare all documents with proper scroll number as unique identifier for record tag and forward accordingly for action.
∎ Make correspondence and dispatch of letter and documents after approval
∎ Maintain a clear record of all papers and letters (after and prior of approval)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in both Bangla and English is mandatory both in written and spoken
∎ Must have Computer Skills (such as MS office/e-mailing/Scan with editing/Social Networking etc.)
∎ Well motivated and good mannered and strict principled WITH motivator personality is expected
∎ Computer operation to prepare documents and letters both in Bangla and English and to use it to send Copy of Documents along with electronic transmission/facsimile
