∎ Responsible for implementing the project activities as front-line workers.

∎ • Arrange and facilitate sessions on Counter Trafficking messages in the host community.
∎ Assist to organize events of the project as required.
∎ Provide assistance to the Case Management Unit in identification and case management of (potential) VoTs in the project catchment area.
∎ Maintain good coordination and communication with local stakeholders including youths, community leaders, union and Upazila stakeholders including local Government to conduct various events and ensure support for VoTs through referral mechanism
∎ Work on an emergency basis when necessary
∎ Attend events/meetings organized by other relevant stakeholders within the project catchment area
∎ Providing weekly reports and sharing with the supervisor.
∎ Perform any other task/s assigned as emerged and required for the project as well as for the organization.
∎ Young Power in Social Action (YPSA) is an organization for sustainable development working in the greater Chittagong division including Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) since 1985 (International Youth Year). YPSA has been implementing a project titled, “Prevention and Response Activities Implementation Activities on Counter Trafficking Issues” at Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar both Host community and Camps since June 2018. The project is supported by the International Organization for Migration (IOM).
