∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Field Coordinator and project team for the implementation of the 2020 KOICA Humanitarian Assistance Project as per the grant/partnership agreement and Project Implementation Plan (PIP).
∎ SupportTraining Officer for conducting Training Need Assessment and developing Training Manual as per the project need.
∎ Support Training Officer in developing training plan and conducting training to the community and other stokeholds.
∎ Assist Training Officer in developing training evaluation method and conduct training evaluation.
∎ Assist Training Office/Field Coordinator in collecting of data/information for further project development.
∎ Support to the project team on beneficiary selection and program implementation process as well humanitarian response.
∎ Maintain regular communication and good relationship with the community people/community leaders/various committees and other related stakeholders/mobilize the community for project implementation.
∎ Support the project team in formation and re-activation of various community level committees.
∎ Ensure good individual and team performance in support of quality and good stewardship, through coaching, mentoring and regular meetings in line of quality assurance.
∎ Arrange personal travel to attend forums, meetings and to field locations as necessary.
∎ Assist Training Office in preparing Training Reports as and when required.
∎ Support hosting the donor and other visits to the project sites.
∎ Assist humanitarian emergency disaster management (if happen during project).
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years working experience of in similar position, preferably with NGO.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla is required.
∎ Capacity to negotiate with government officials/stakeholders.
∎ Stewardship of resources, transparency and accountability.
∎ Maintain a high morale with integrity and honesty.
∎ Capacity to handle multi tasks & prioritize job responsibilities.
∎ Must have valid motor cycle driving license.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 16000 - 18500 (Monthly)
∎ Approximately

∎ Festival Bonus & Mobile bill allowance.
