Job Context:
∎ Reportable to: Project Coordinator
∎ Position Overview: The Community Mobilizer will play a pivotal role in engaging and mobilizing community members to actively participate in project activities, fostering ownership, and ensuring the project`s success. This role involves building strong relationships, raising awareness, and facilitating community empowerment through effective communication and collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and build relationships with key community stakeholders, including local leaders, groups, and individuals.
∎ Conduct door-to-door visits, community meetings, and awareness sessions to introduce the project and its benefits to community members.
∎ Collaborate with community members to co-design project interventions that are tailored to their needs and preferences.
∎ Organize and facilitate skill development and training sessions for community members, enabling them to actively participate in project activities.
∎ Provide guidance on livelihood-related skills, entrepreneurship, and income-generating opportunities.
∎ Promote behavior change and positive attitudes toward project objectives, encouraging active participation and sustainability.
∎ Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities in collaboration with project teams.
∎ Ensure effective communication between project teams and the community to address challenges and opportunities.
∎ Gather feedback from community members to ensure their voices are heard in project decision-making.
∎ Collect and document success stories, testimonials, and lessons learned from the community.
∎ Liaise with local organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance the project's reach and impact.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 45 years
∎ Communication skills (IT knowledge-based candidate will get preference)
∎ Report writing skill in both Bangla and English
∎ Willing to field visit frequently
∎ Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and set priorities.
∎ Good ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team.

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
