Job Context:
∎ Male/Female;
∎ Preference will be given for female candidate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mobilize community people, field monitoring and supervision, data collection & survey etc.
∎ Arrange several field trainings, orientation, workshop as per project design and instruction of project authority
∎ Organize several Awareness activities in the community
∎ Organize several days observation as per instruction of project authority
∎ To prepare several field reports and data collection as per project design and instruction of project authority.
∎ Final he/she is responsible to implement any sorts of assign task assigned by the project authority.
∎ Candidates accused of child abuse and sexual harassment (PSEA), smokers, drug addicts will be considered as ineligible.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 03 years work experience in NGO sector, especially on social development.
Salary: Tk. 41000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly Consolidated Salary Tk. 41,000/- (Forty One thousand) with yearly bonus and increment.
